Anthony has over 40 years of construction experience delivering multi-million dollar projects in multiple sectors including Renewable Energy, Industrial, Commercial & Hospitality. Anthony founded Oceania Construction in 2002 overseeing all operations, business development and construction through contracting in various sectors for a diverse and remote client base. Anthony’s experience in sustainable construction throughout remote locations around the world is unique and incomparable to any other.
Marley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both, Civil Engineering & Business Management which shines through while managing the successful delivery of Oceanic’s projects. His qualifications and experience was developed through the experience of managing the deployment of large scale festival structures across Australia. Marley has hands on experience building countless of our remote solar farm projects throughout Australia. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for applying his executive professional knowledge to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget while managing the stakeholders involved.
We rely on the stewardship of Hamish’s many years’ experience in team leadership and high-risk construction activities. He brings to the table a portfolio of project experience to enrich Oceanic's capability and ensures work is completed safely whilst keeping a "tight ship" on all site operations. He has a keen eye that results on quality and constructability. His "follow through" is impeccable and it shows with his many years’ experience as a master ship captain. His past role as a master skipper has developed his leadership, strategic planning, task management and operations skills, all of which make him a tremendous asset to our team.
Julian has developed a unique experience in the electrical industry that begins from 10 years of being a licenced and certified electrician. He is a consummate professional in electrical design, construction and commissioning roles in the utility and industrial energy sector. He offers an established organisation of successful projects up to $400M and holds strong leadership skills that encompass a positive attitude to train, develop and mentor peers to ensure compliance of all electrical and process systems.
Josh’s brings to the team experience in the mechanical installation process across a portfolio of over 580MW of solar farms in Australia. This is purely a result from his key characteristics of taking pride in his work and consistent reliability. He is independently motivated to complete difficult tasks and his drive for customer satisfaction and accomplishing self-developed goals is incomparable. He enjoys working in remote and rural locations and has the ability to manage surveying and QAQC tasks.
Noah is a valued young renewables enthusiast offering an established organisation a wide range of traits and solid, practical experience as an adaptable and multi-skilled operator. He has been spread across between sales and marketing, tourism, food and beverage hospitality to construction and has brought his customer facing attitude and charisma to the industry. He has experience taking a leading role in the design and development process of constructing festival structures across Australia prior coming on board with Oceanic.
Josh is a dedicated and hardworking part of our team from Wollongong. He has experience in the construction industry for many years across a wide range of different projects attacking only high-risk work activities such as Crane Operations, Working at heights and Confined work spaces. Throughout his transition into the renewables industry his high-risk experience has been very influential in the further improvement of Oceanic’s safe working procedures and activities. His excellent people skills and dedication has landed him a position as a site supervisor for Oceanic because he is a fast learner who is able to adapt to a myriad of different situations.
Josh is a highly competent, hardworking and motivated technician committed to safety, efficiency and a high standard of work. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, with a capacity to establish rapport and build relationships to be effective as a team member who places a significant emphasis on workplace safety in high-pressure offshore or onshore work environments. Experienced in operations in difficult working conditions at sea, in confined spaces and at heights in accordance with policies, procedures and safe work practices.
For the past few years Caillin has been employed in the HSE roles in both the civil and E&I industries through Oceanic Solar and Oceania Construction. Caillin is fully conversant with Australian Legislation and has a proven record at developing and implementing systems that comply with Legislation. With a cumulative 10 years in construction roles, effective management and co-ordination of HSEC functions; and a passion to achieve the Company’s ultimate goal of zero harm in the workplace, Caillin is an integral member of the project team framework.
